If you like tennis this hotel is a must its full of tennis courts and tournaments for the over 60's they seemed to be having a great time. Private beach lovely with nice food, lovely staff. We were in room 2014-2 no balcony, beds were dreadful springs made it very uncomfortable. Food was cold at every meal time need to use microwave always. Hotel only has one toilet pan on the entire hotel floor which is an invalid toilet for all holiday makers male and female to use, have to keep going up to your room. Restaurant staff are nice, however there are no food cards so you don't know what you are eating. Beach towels not for hire, staff speak very limited English, bar staff leave you standing for 10 minutes waiting on change and even longer waiting to order a drink even though there's no queue, stand talking to each other or stocking shelves and serve you when it suites them. We were there for 5 days 4 nights end of September 2016, towels were changed once, one small toilet roll per day sometimes none.
